We are a group of women and men working to ​​increase female participation in aviation and aerospace.

We meet monthly around the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area at local aviation spots to connect and support.
Networking
We host interview prep seminars and information sessions to help our members land their dream jobs.
Community Service
We have introduced thousands of young women to the exciting field of aviation through Girls in Aviation Day.
