 | 20 games between June 13 & Sept 27 - Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays only |
 | We earn approx $500 each game, not upfront cost to the band. |
 | 6 adults and 3 students needed each game for 8 hour shift. |
 | Dress Code: Black pants, white T-shirt, tennis shoes. Polo's & hats provided on
game-day |
 | OK to bring food in plastic (no coolers allowed) |
 | Sell Nachos, Hot Dogs and Drinks |
 | Food handler training desirable, but not required. |
 | Report 2 hours before game-time. |
 | Close at top of 8th inning |
 | Cleanup takes about 1 1/2 hours |
 | Funds raised by students go to general fund |
 | Student hours counted as volunteer hours for school requirements |
 | Parking is limited, but Booster will reimburse parking fees with enough participation

Band Shares Program
As
we all know, fundraisers for the individual band accounts is a great way
to off-set the expenses of band camp, band fees and future band trips.
Here are the fundraisers that we have going on now.
AZ Tax Credit - State Tax Credit Program
What:
Allows you to donate specifically to the Band.
Pays:
$200 for single or $400 for married filing jointly
Who: Band parents who wish to get a tax credit for donation
and contribute to the band
When: Donations must be made PRIOR to
December 21, 2008.

Event Management)
What:
Work at sporting or concert events in the valley as ticket takers,
parking personnel or handing out giveaways.
Pays:
$7.50/hr- with payment of 4 hours minimum guaranteed

band students 16 and
over and band parents

When:
Ongoing, we are trying to maintain a continuous relationship with ProEM
so that we can do this year round. They currently manage events at
Glendale Arena, Firebird Raceway, ASU and the Cardinals Stadium.

Simple Fundraiser/
Educational Foundation Support Network, LLC.
What:
Qualified adults attend 90 minute presentation of a local
timeshare/resort. YES this is a sales presentation, NO it is not a hard
sell. Currently the resorts participating are Gold Canyon and Marriot @
Desert Ridge.
Pays:
$100 per qualified presentation
Who:
Adults only- band parents, friends and relatives.
Where:
Presentation is at the resorts, by appointment only
When:
This is ongoing, registration forms are available on the band website
and directly from Chris Eaton. This is a quick and easy way to get $100
in your students band account, and only takes 90 minutes of your
time-and it could be fun! Once you turn in your form to Chris, the resort
will call you to schedule an appointment.
Note:
We will also qualify for additional grant $ if we can get 20 or more
presentations in a calendar year.
